Burdwan Dental College and Hospital is a government dental college that is recognised under West Bengal University of Health Sciences and affiliated to Dental Council of India. The college is also attached to a dental hospital. It was established in 2009 and intakes 100 students every year based on merit list prepared by the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Situated in the small town of Burdwan, in the outskirts of Kolkata is connected via road and rail for easy transportation. It ranks second in state after R. Ahamed Dental College and Hospital, Sealdah.

The students have to qualify the all India NEET UG exam to take admission here. Every year the cut off varies depending upon the number of seats and the rank obtained.
