The CCA organises Placement Bootcamp which aids students with resume building, soft-skill development and gain essential industry-relevant knowledge which they can use to secure lucrative salary packages at top organisations. Till now, the SGT University highest package is 36 LPA.

The SGT University placement drive is organised systematically with the help of effective process, the steps of the same are given-below:

Step 1: Companies visit the campus for pre-placement talks that include sharing job profiles and description about job roles to the students.

Step 2: Later on, the students are required to appear for a written examination including Aptitude / Technical Test.

Step 3: Afterwards, around 10-12 students sit for a group discussion wherein skills such as team-management, leadership, etc. are assessed.

Step 4: In the next step, one-on-one technical interviews are conducted to evaluate students’ subject / industry specific knowledge.

Step 5: Lastly, the HR interview is conducted and documents of the shortlisted candidates are verified.
