Era University hostels with advanced facilities are available separately for both outstation male and female students. The on-campus accommodations of the University have ample air-conditioned and non-air conditioned rooms in different occupancies including twin & triple.

Students seeking admission at on-campus residences of the University have to make a payment of specified charges using prescribed payment modes. The Era University hostel fees are Rs. 1,50,000/- per year.

Note: Besides this, inmates need to make a payment of an additional Rs. 1,50,000/- as annual mess charges. Also, the prescribed amount might vary on the basis of room occupancy.

• Any boarders should not get involved or support ragging as it is considered an unlawful act.
• Inside the hostel rooms, intoxicating substances such as liquor, drugs or cigarettes are strictly not allowed.
• Every day, attendance will be taken by wardens and other in-charges during specified timings & all the hostel inmates need to be present in their rooms for the same.
• In case residents wish to go out of their hostels for an overnight or more, they shall take written permission from their guardians and wardens beforehand.
• Bullying, stealing, hazing, begging, keeping armed weapons or other such acts will lead students to face strict consequences from the disciplinary committee of the University.
• Mutual exchange of allotted hostel rooms will not be entertained. Hence, students are required to report to their respective wardens in case they want to change their occupied rooms.
• Hostel management such as wardens have the authority to make surprise visits to rooms of any boarder.

For the convenience &comfort of the students, AC and Non-AC Era University hostel rooms are offered on a 2 &3 sharing basis.
