• The use or possession of liquor, drugs, or tobacco products is strictly prohibited. Violators will face hostel expulsion and may be subject to legal action.
• Residents are not permitted to interchange their allotted rooms without the permission of the hostel in-charge.
• Students must adhere to the hostel timings by returning to their rooms by 10:00 PM, as attendance for both genders commences at that time.
• Appliances including heaters, hot plates, irons, etc., are not permitted in individual rooms. Any student found in possession of these items will face a fine.
• Ragging, gambling, and fighting are not allowed anywhere within the premises. Anyone caught participating in these activities will be subject to strict disciplinary measures.
• Residents are solely responsible for the safety of their valuables such as cash, jewelry, and electronic gadgets.
• It is mandatory for all students to have medical insurance before taking admission. If any hosteller falls sick, they have to inform the hostel in-charge on priority.
• Students may stay outside the hostel premises overnight with their local guardians on weekends and holidays. However, they must first get permission and out-pass from the hostel in-charge.
• Residents are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and helping maintain the overall neatness of the hostel.
