Central library and auditorium is also available in the campus. 2 Canteen and a food court are inside the campus. Sports facilities are available in Pravara Rural Medical College including basketball, football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, and tennis. Labs for clinical teaching with dummies for teaching how to use injections, and other medical equipment. Forensic medicine museum is also present here to get first hand practical experience of the instruments. Transport facilities are available just outside the college gate and include public transports as well.

Overall campus life is happening and great at Pravara Rural Medical College. College crowd consist a mix of locals from Maharashtra and people from other states as well. Various clubs for co-curricular activities like Academic, Dance and music clubs are available here. Annual fest is Padmanjali that is held in October. It is a grand event.
