IAER Kolkata Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

The Institute of Advance Education and Research (IAER), Kolkata offers residential facilities in separate hostels for female and male students. There are a number of amenities present at the hostels to facilitate students with a home-like environment.

The IAER Kolkata has hostels both on and off-campus with an accommodation capacity of more than 100 students. **A cancellation amount of Rs. 5000/- will be charged if the student rebooks the hostel seat after cancelling the same.

Students opting for the accommodation facilities will have to abide by the IAER Kolkata hostel rules & regulations, some of these are as follows:

• Residents are not allowed to create any type of disturbance within the hostel premises.
• Consuming intoxicants such as alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, etc. are not permitted and serious actions will be taken against the students found doing the same.
• Hostellers are not allowed to change their rooms without the permission of the warden or the concerned authority.
• Students should use water and electricity services wisely.
• Use of any electrical appliances is strictly prohibited within the hostel rooms of the Institute.
• Damaging or misusing any hotel property will lead to serious consequences.

The residential facilities are separately provided to the female and male students at the IAER Kolkata Campus. Moreover, off-campus hostel amenities are available. The hostel rooms are both AC and Non-AC and are available in single, double, and triple occupancy. Moreover, each room has amenities including bed, mattress, cabinet, chair, study table, and dustbin.

The students are provided with both the options of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food 3-times a day i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the mess available within the hostel premises. Moreover, adequate security is provided to the students.
