Amrita School of Pharmacy Kochi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Amrita School of Pharmacy, Kochi has 5 floors and is big enough. It is located near Amrita Medical Hospital, Kochi. The classrooms have a seating capacity of 60 students. There is a library where we get access to all kinds of Pharmaceutical books, magazines, and sites. There is a big seminar hall, a conference hall, and an auditorium. I love the whole ambience of our college. It has a medicinal garden just in front of the building, which gives a great feeling and that is a spot, I love.

My campus life experience in Amrita school of pharmacy is great. I love how they focus on academics while keeping a balance between arts and sports. In addition, the clubs of the college are also active, which gives a perfect balance to everything. The college is less crowded and the people here are all friendly. My seniors are so helpful and friendly that I feel safe and comfortable there. I am part of Photography and Tourism Club, and we have been doing many activities under those clubs. The college is present near the Amrita Hospital and it is present near a place which is about 20 minutes away by walking. It’s a well connected area. It is a city area basically there are nice shops and restaurants nearby. Amrita School of Pharmacy has a pretty good infrastructure. Due to the presence of the hospital there will be Med-Card given which will be like used when you need to get hospital. You will get Rs. 2,000 or so on the card which you can use on the medical expenses. The volleyball court and the football ground that we have are pretty good and a lot of other sports are also played in these courts. The security and environment in the college is also pretty good. The infrastructure present in the college is absolutely great and is up to date. Labs are also available here for each department.

Overall the campus experience is pretty good. There are securities checks and measures taken for students. The campus is large. Different events are also organised throughout the year these are organised for the students to enjoy and relax.Read Full Review

The college is situated in the Amrita Institute of Medical Science campus. So whole facilities are available nearby. The college has separate Undergraduate and Post Graduate labs equipped with equipment. The lab equipments are well maintained and calibrated. Library facility is available in the college with almost 6000 books and access to software. Apart from college library, a central library facility in hospital is also available. The computer lab facility provides the best systems with access to various databases and software. The infrastructure provided is top notch. The access and experience to these equipments enhance our career.

The life at campus is good. As I said before the college and hostel is located inside the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) campus, this will help us to access it easily. Since, it is a medical college we can have alliance with students of various course like MBBS, BDS, Allied, Nursing, etc. The college conducts Annual Sports Fest named Udgosh in April and Annual Arts Fest named Dhwani in December. Also, the college conducts various regional and national festivals like Onam (Aavani) and Holi (Rang Barse). The college has various clubs like Music club, Dance club, Nature club, Yoga club, Sports club, etc. to enhance the participation of students in extracurricular activities.Read Full Review
