LJ Institute of Physiotherapy Ahmedabad was established in 2016 and is a private co-educational institute situated in Ahmedabad. It is founded under the flagship of LJ University and is recognised by the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy. The college offers a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy for 4.5 years.
The institute puts its efforts into providing a learning space for students where they can explore the techniques and procedures of physiotherapy. The eligibility criterion for LJ Institute of Physiotherapy Admission for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy course is to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised Board/University with a minimum of 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Biology/Botany as main subjects.
75% of the admissions in the college will be taken on a merit basis by the Admission Committee for Professional Medical Educational Course (ACPMEC) and the remaining 25% will be filled under Management Quota.

LJ Institute of Physiotherapy Placements Cell or Career Guidance Cell guides students to choose a suitable career from various options available in the field of physiotherapy. The college also appoints a team of counsellors who interact with students to understand their mental and physical state along with providing them with the right direction to improve their professional capabilities.
