KLE Society's College of Business Administration, Lingaraj College Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Belagavi

The training that happened right from the 1st semester was to get students placed at the top corporate. In my specialized subjects, banks and insurance companies were the core companies that interviewed all of us. Like engineering colleges, we didn’t have upfront placements but we were informed on who has made it and who has missed the bus. ICICI Lombard and Indusind Bank were the 2 companies I interviewed for and I saw my name under ICICI Lombard. We were again called for an interview then and this was the final round. I was offered a placement worth 4lakhs p.a. One of them suggested me to take up higher studies as maybe they saw more potential in me. Minting 4 lakhs didn’t convince me to take the job and with a smile on my face, I told them I will take up higher studies and they were also happy with my decision.
