DAIICT has a Placement Cell which guides, supports, and provides training to the students. The Cell is responsible to identify the job opportunities with the reputed firms for the students.

DAIICT is spread on 50 acres of land and at a distance of around 30 minutes from the Central Railway Station of Ahmedabad and Sardar Vallabhai Patel International Airport. It is an environmentally conscious campus which is surrounded by a fascinating garden. The campus has lawns, trees, and bushes with exotic flowers and green leaves which surrounds the building. There is also a variety of bird species and herb garden. The facilities provided by the institute include:

• Library: The Resource Centre known as the library which is spread in 16000 square feet and can accommodate 300+ members. The library has a collection of more than 30000 Books, 11000+ E-Books, 75+ Print Journals, 5600+ E-Journals, 10+ Databases, 3900+ audio visual material, more than 660 thesis, etc. The Resource Centre has collaboration with National Digital Library of India (NDLI) and Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET).
• Laboratories: Computer Laboratories, Electronics Laboratory, DSP Laboratory, RF Laboratory, Network Laboratory, VLSI Laboratories, MMD Laboratories, CS & HPC Laboratory, AIP Laboratory, etc.
• Hostel: There is more than 1 residence hall for boys and a residence hall for girls. The residence hall for girls has approximately 2 wings and can accommodate 300+ students. The residence hall for boys has 10+ wings and can accommodate more than 1000 students. The residence halls have furnished rooms, internet facility, laundry services, TV room, mess, and all the basic amenities.
• Canteen: There are 5+ food courts which offer North Indian and South Indian food to the students. A separate food court is available which serves non-vegetarian food.
• Sports: Sports contribute to the development and maintenance of health, social skills, and motor skills. There is also a Sports Department which ensures participation of the students at District, State, and National level tournaments. The institute has Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Chess, Badminton, Cricket, Football, etc. available for the students.
• Medical Facilities: There is an on campus medical centre where doctors provide free medicines and consultation to the students. Institute has provided a vehicle which is available 24x7 to handle emergencies.
