All the faculty members have a positive attitude towards every single student. I have never seen any faculty or any teacher discouraging any student. I honestly liked the way my teachers were explaining everything in the class. My class atmosphere was magnificent one of my teachers always encouraged me to do well in my subject. One of my maths teachers was inspiring he told us about his days in college. There are good number of lecturers for each course. However, the hiring process is fairly poor and not every candidate selected for the lectureship is based on merit or experience. The fresher are hired with the sole purpose of having to pay less than 10000/- per month. Which I believe is equivalent to showing disrespect to the profession and any individual. The senior faculty is well versed, but the non-experienced teachers need to put in more effort and time. For real time self-made projects or lab assignments, students should not expect help or guidance as most of the faculty is not innovative but only bookish.Read Full Review
