Maharani Cluster University is developed across a large area of land which spans across over 11.3 acres. Along with the same, the instruments available at CIF are UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, ELISA reader / washer, Sonicator, Cooling Centrifuge, Real Time Thermal Cycler, and many more.
- Sports: There is a Physical Education Department which encourages and prepares students to participate in the National / State-level sports tournaments. The outdoor facilities of the University which are available within the premises are a stadium with 400 meters track, a Football Ground, 2 Hockey Grounds, 2 Volleyball Courts, Kho-Kho Court, Kabaddi Court, Basketball Court, Badminton Court, Tennis Court, and 2 Cricket Grounds.
