This college focuses on getting the students placed in renowned organisations, and for that, they have established a Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program, which helps the candidates in getting proper training towards employment. The CRT aims to:

• Entrepreneurship Development Cell: This cell is established to generate and encourage young minds toward the idea of running a business. This is a platform where youth can design a business idea and be productive.
• Skill Development under Government Agency: The College organises workshops under the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), which helps young minds in learning and developing different business techniques such as business promotion, the growth process of small enterprises, and finding solutions to problems, etc.
• Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS): Through CBCS, students get the motivation of taking part in role plays, JAM sessions, group discussions, quizzes, public speaking, presentation making, seminars, workshops, etc. This helps the students in developing interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.

• Grievance Redressal Cell: A dedicated cell has been established, as suggested by University Grant Commission, New Delhi that provides help to students who are being harassed or are a part of some unfair practices. Students with a legitimate grievance can visit this cell. They can also drop a letter in the suggestions box or send an e-mail as well at their convenience.
