Osmania University has established the Human Capital Development Centre (HCDC) that further has 3 wings including Pre-Placement Cell (Finishing School), Corporate Relations, and the Placement Cell. The HCDC is accountable for training the students to become industry ready.

Additionally, there is a Corporate Relations & Placement Assistance Cell at the University that bridges the gap between the industry & students and provides the necessary insights to the students about the latest trends & requirements of the industries. The University facilitates excellent placement opportunities to the students.

The Osmania University Campus is spread over a land area of approximately 1300+ acres. The students are provided with Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus along with CCTV surveillance so that they can study in a secure environment. The University has around 250 classrooms that are equipped with the latest teaching-learning aids.

The other major facilities available at the Osmania University are discussed below:

• Library: There is an automated Central Library at the premises named Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Memorial Library that has a carpet area of more than 62,000 sq. ft. The Central Library has an extensive collection of books, thesis, dissertations, journals, periodicals, etc. In addition to this, there are multiple departmental libraries that are well-stacked with educational resources.
  Moreover, there is an Internet Cell at the Central Library that has several systems to access the Osmania University Digital Library (OUDL). Other facilities include internet connectivity, reprographic facilities, etc.
• Laboratories: There are around 50 Computer Labs at the campus of the Osmania University Hyderabad which are connected to the Wi-Fi & LAN. Students can utilise these labs to enhance their digital skills. Moreover, there are approximately 100 laboratories for various departments like Physics, Chemistry, Geography, etc. to equip the students with the requisite practical skills.

• Auditorium: There are more than 10 auditoriums at the premises of the Osmania University that are equipped with the latest AV aids & have a varied seating capacity of 100-1000 students. Some of the auditoriums are ‘Tagore Auditorium’, ‘College of Technology Auditorium’, ‘Mekaster Auditorium’, etc. At these auditoriums, various academic & non-academic events are conducted.
• Seminar Halls: Each of the University Colleges have Seminar Halls to host seminars & other departmental activities. These Seminar Halls have the latest digital aids, and other equipment.
• Cafeteria: There are multiple cafeterias available within the premises wherein the students are served with tasty dishes & beverages.
• Hostel: The male & female students of the University are offered separate hostel facilities. There are around 22 hostels available for the residents. At the Osmania University Hostel, the students are provided with adequate facilities like furnished rooms, recreational amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
  Furthermore, there are around 15 messes available at the hostels wherein the residents are served with hygienically prepared, nutritious meals.
• Sports: At the Osmania University, the students are provided with state-of-the-art sports facilities. Sports infrastructural amenities like Courts & Grounds are available for indoor & outdoor games like Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Hockey, Kho Kho, and many more.
  Additional facilities are available Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Wrestling, Rugby, etc. Furthermore, there is a well-equipped Gymnasium, and Swimming Pool present in the campus.
• Medical Facilities: There is a main Health Centre at the Osmania University campus wherein trained medical professionals provide medical services to the students & staff. Additionally, there are separate health centres present at each of the constituent Colleges of the University.
• Other Facilities: Bank, ATMs, Post Office, Sub-Post Office, Open-Air Amphitheatre, etc.
