The Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research campus is developed on a large land of around 17 acres. At the campus, students studying prominent courses get access to the library, classrooms, reading room, sports, hostels, canteen, medical, and other state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities.
NWIMSR Pune campus has around 6 classrooms and each one has been developed on an area of around 79.02 square meters. Multimedia and traditional teaching facilities are present in the classrooms such as whiteboards, LCD projectors, internet connectivity, etc. Along with this, the campus consists of about 2 tutorial rooms with adequate amenities for seating. All these facilities enable to offer quality education to the students.
Several activities and events are hosted by the Institute at its air-conditioned auditorium which have seating space for approximately 400 individuals. This place of the Institute is designed aesthetically and equipped with audio-visual facilities.
Within the premises of the Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research campus, an AC seminar hall, covering an area of about 295.05 square meters is present with advanced facilities like LCD projectors, etc. Here, about 450 students can be seated at once.
Other spaces at the campus include ‘Neville Wadia Conference Hall’, board room, etc. with adequate facilities. In addition, the campus has several amenities such as a central store, stationery store, common rooms for boys and girls, parking, and the list goes on with multiple others.

- Library: A library is present which has a rich collection of resources including 18,000+ books, 14,100+ titles, 25+ journals, 15+ newspapers, 80+ audio-visual materials, and so on. A digital library with updated systems is also available through which students can access e-resources like e-books, e-journals, and so on. A reading room with adequate space for seating is available.
- Laboratories: About 2 Computer Laboratories with more than 90 PCs have been set up at the Institute for the students to enhance their technical knowledge and skills. All the systems are in well maintained condition and connected with internet facilities. A communication lab has also been set up at the NWIMSR Pune.
- Sports: For conducting sports activities, the Institute has a spacious playground which spans across an area of around 4.5 acres. Several outdoor games facilities for Cricket, Basketball, Handball, Hockey, Football, Volley Ball, Net Ball, Ball Badminton, etc. are available at the Institute’s playground. Along with this, indoor sports amenities for Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, etc. have been set up at the campus for the students to enjoy and relax.
- Hostel: 7-floored Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research Hostel buildings are present within the campus which can reside more than 700 students including male & female. Students get rooms in several occupancies such as 2, 3, 4, 12, and 16. Numerous amenities are available inside the hostels for the students such as mess, round the clock security, common room, recreation room, and so on.
- Cafeteria: For offering snacks and beverages to the students, a cafeteria / canteen spread on an area of about 400 square meters is available inside the Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research campus.
- Transportation: For student convenience, the Institute owns buses which provide pick and drop services across the different spots of the city.
- Healthcare Facility: A Medical Clinic or First-Aid-Sick-Room is present inside the campus with adequate healthcare facilities to offer medical assistance to the students. Beside this, a doctor is present at the clinic. In addition to this, the Institute has a tie-up with the ‘Ruby Hall Hospital’; in case of emergencies, students are transferred here.
