The KM University campus area is approximately 50 acres and it is fully-equipped with a diverse variety of facilities for the students like central library, advanced laboratories, hostel, gymnasium, hospital, lecture theatre, canteen, and others.

- Library: A central library has been established at the KM University campus which houses over 1,00,000 books of numerous fields and it comprises adequate reading spaces for the students so that they can enhance their academic focus. Digital access points are available through which students can access online learning materials including around 1500 National & International journals, e-books, and others for advanced research and to gain additional academic insights.
- Laboratories: A ‘Central Computer Centre’ is there for the students within the premises of the University which incorporates a wide number of high-tech PCs so that they can learn in-detail about numerous program related aspects via practical implementation. Multiple specialised departmental laboratories are also there within Science, Engineering, Medicine, and other departments.
- Sports: The KM University Mathura campus has dedicated spaces for both indoor and outdoor games to encourage student’s participation. Amenities for Chess, TT, Carrom, and other indoor games are available. Also, a large outdoor field is there for playing games like Cricket, Throw ball, Football, etc. and along with this a multi-court is available for games like Basketball, Volleyball, and Tennis.

At the campus, an ambulance is available at every hour in order to not delay emergency treatment.
