I choose B.Tech and my branch is Information Technology. I wanted to join Computer Science (CS) but did not get that. But I would suggest trying for CS branch. The eligibility to get in this university is getting at least 60% in class 12. Furthermore giving JEE Main examination. Here, new semester starts from September and we have our 1st semester exams in January and second in July. We learn programming language, data structure Our seniors have started a coding club where they conduct different coding challenges every month and the winner get goodies. Lectures are of around one hour for every subject. The strength of the class is around 60. The classes run from 10 AM in the morning to 1 PM. Then we have 1-hour lunch break after that if we have any lab it is for 1-2 hour, otherwise we can leave the university if we do not have any lab. So we get a lot of time for skill development or GATE examination preparation.

For registration, we have to pay Rs. 1,000. In 1st year, the fee is around Rs. 77,000. This includes tuition fee, examination fee, lab fee, etc. Then from the second year, the fee is around Rs. 71,000. No discount is given by the university. I choose Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering because that time there was craze for this branch and my family members convinced me to opt for this branch. In the course there is balance in theory subjects and in practical subjects and this is the good part about this program and this is a professional course which means we can get industry jobs after completing this program. When I take admission in RMLAU at that time we have to appear for the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam but now admission are done through the JEE Mains exam and forms are available of the National Testing Agency Website from where we can fill the form for the JEE Mains Entrance Exam. 10+2 with minimum 55 percent is the requirement for this university and also more than 60 percent in physics, chemistry and math. I took admission in this program because in my 12th standard I had interest in physics.
