Pearl Academy Noida Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

If one questions the fees we paid and the kind of placements we were given, that can't be justified. However, the larger picture was that many of our batch mates today have started their own fashion brands, and many of them are doing well. Fashion brands like Kate Spade New York, Being Human, and Reliance Retail have been a partner of Pearl for decades. Presentation during the placement was vital as we were given a fair chance to showcase what we had learned and how we have executed that. Many companies who find it interesting have even offered jobs with 12-15 lakhs while the average came down to 4-5 Lakhs. Even as students, the placement cell cautioned us that 100% placement was impossible and that we should do our best to secure the best possible job offer. Undergrad credentials are not looked upon as potent enough to get placed with best possible roles. All in all, 60 percent of the students in our class were placed via campus placements. A bachelor's degree from this school was not difficult to get by, since it is one of the best in the region. The average CTC for on-campus placements was 5-6 Lakhs. Apart from such a hefty fee of 24 lakhs, we had to pay an additional fee of Rs. 6 lakhs for our training, and finding a job that paid even a fraction of that was beyond my wildest dreams. Companies like Puma, Chique, and Tommy Hilfiger were the top recruiters.
