HL College of Commerce Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Ahmedabad

An internship worked well in our favor. Without naming the organization with which I did my internship looked after us as their own. I didn’t knew that they are the ones who will also pick us one day and that is why are running all guns behind us. Brilliant opportunity and that made us bag a nice package and most importantly getting out of our comfort zone to work under extreme pressure. Don’t bother chasing placements as just merit students at the University level stood a chance. The rate of students getting placed was 1/3rd of the attendance demand. Big guns like KPMG, HDFC Bank, and TCS were on board but just got away with handful of us. The case is exactly the different when it comes to M. Com placements as 90% of them got placed in bigger corporate and that too at higher levels.Read Full Review

Talking about placement only 8-10 percent of students from our batch got placement. Having said that corporate hardly hires B.Com students and hence H. L. scores well as some of its students during our time were placed in companies like KPMG, TCS, and Godrej & Boyce among others. However, the scene is completely different when it comes to M.Com students as almost all of them got placed.

The average package that the students were offered was Rs. 5 lakhs per annum and the highest package went all the way to Rs. 12 lakhs per annum. This is one department where I wish college had done more as I had to find a job myself but as soon as I told the interviewers that I have passed out from H. L.
