Acharya Narendra Dev College New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus of ANDC New Delhi is quite small in size. However, it is very clean and well maintained. The campus has a lot of greenery, which makes the environment peaceful and pleasant. However, the College is located in Govindpuri, Delhi, which is not considered a very good location. The classrooms and laboratories are quite spacious, and there are several labs for different departments. The College has one seminar hall and one conference room, but there is no auditorium. The canteen offers a few food options. There is a small sports room, but it has facilities for different indoor games. Security is strict, as guards are always present at both gates and students are not allowed to enter without their ID cards. My favorite place in the College is the girls’ common room. It is usually very clean and peaceful, and you can even pray there without anyone objecting. In the Biomedical Science department, four laboratories are provided, each equipped with smart boards and all the necessary equipment. This helps students understand experiments and their procedures.

My College life on campus has been good so far, and I am really enjoying it. I am getting many opportunities that I always wanted. I also try to stay quite active in different activities. I also like the College crowd because it is very peaceful compared too many other DU Colleges. There are many societies and clubs such As Dance, Singing, Painting, Enactus, Debate, Urdu, and many others. I am a member of the Debating, Painting, Enactus, and Urdu societies. The fest this year was very surprising for me. I did not expect an off-campus College to organize something like that. The Dandiya night was the best part, and I enjoyed it a lot. The College also celebrates festivals from many different states, which makes the environment more lively and inclusive. Overall, I am enjoying my time here, and I hope you will too.Read Full Review

Infrastructure of our college is above average and not so good and not so bad. AC facilities are provided in faculty, library, reading room, computer lab, and canteen but not in classes. Bench of classroom is very old fashioned. All projectors are not working properly. Buildings are good but in few teen irons are use, they decrease the look of college but campus size is 8 acre and ground facilities are available.

My college experience till now is very good and awesome. Crowd is limited. In my batch and course 125 students are present. Many clubs and societies are available in college example enactus, book with uva, NCA, comsoc, etc. In previous 2 to 3 months here organised a diwali mela, dandiya night, alumini meets, etc. and seminar are organised in period of time and in sports here intra competition are held.Read Full Review

The college had a small infrastructure so it was easy to explore. The campus was located near Kalkaji market and surrounded by residential area. Each classroom had a seat for 30+ students. AVs were added in the classrooms after 2024. Library area was good. Various events occurred at Seminar Hall/Conference Hall. Canteen was also improved after 2024, which added more food items and cleaner benches. Security was okay according to the campus size, but was small when it comes to events such as festive events, etc.

I would rate my campus size average. I was unhappy to call that I am an alumni of this college., various societies such as eco-club, NSS, Sports, etc., were highly active. I was part of Eco Club in first year and I enjoyed it a lot. Mainly, ‘Leiothrixx’ was held in the college every year. Other events were avoided due to Corona safety measures. but in last year, Dandiya night was celebrated. The only thing I miss was that students of our course were not allowed to go to trip because of Covid-19 in the year 2022. I also have to know that other course went to Manali and they got Rs. 2,000 extra discounts.Read Full Review
