The campus is well-kept, but the buildings are somewhat old. The institution includes separate hostels for males and female, and the rooms are wide and comfortable; however, there is no air conditioning. The school features an adequate gym, sports facilities, and a canteen that provides acceptable food, nonetheless, street food is superior to campus food.

RKGIT Ghaziabad has a boring campus life with few clubs and student groups. Every 2-3 years, the college holds cultural and technological festivals. Students are also unwilling to join in extracurricular activities. The college offers various extracurricular activities and student organisations, some students may feel that the options are limited compared to other colleges.
