GMC Nagpur Faculty Profile

I have my share of good experience with faculty and bad experience as well. Teaching is mostly through PPTs and not much of interactive. Everything at GMC is carried out with discipline. Students, teachers, everyone have to obey the rules and keep the discipline intact. And that too the rules are very strict. The college faculty is not much approachable and hence many students hesitate to go to them in case of doubts solving. Though I am sure, the faculty is soft like coconut from inside, but still the fear and hesitation remains. But overall the teaching is ok. The practicals are carried out in labs that are well maintained and have all the equipment we would need for carrying out practicals. The laboratory staff is very helpful by nature.Read Full Review

The faculty is not much of a help as they only teach through PPTs. The teachers are very strict and getting help from them in solving your doubts and anything seems like a big task to every student. In the medical field, whatever course you take, you have to have more and more practice to become perfect in your work. And for this you need a great practical knowledge. And in college, it is obvious that students still expect this from teachers. But the expectation is not quite fulfilled by teachers. Though they teach theory lessons with great enthusiasm, I personally think they should have shown the same interest in practical labs also.Read Full Review
