Step 1: Pre-Placement Talk
First and foremost, CRC facilitates students with chances to interact with recruiters by hosting pre-placement talk. This interaction helps them understand the demands of recruitment companies and get other key information.
Step 2: Application Procedure
Following this, the team shares JDs (Job Description) with the students via ERP so that they can apply for the job offer in accordance with their interest and career aspiration directly through the same portal.
Post this, profiles of all the students are collected and shared with the concerned companies. Subsequently, after mutual discussion between the Placement Team and companies, scheduled dates of campus drives are released.
Step 3: Selection Procedure
In the next step, CRC offers requisite facilities and other support to the recruiters so that they carry out their individual selection process via Online or Offline modes.
Step 4: Communicating the Offer
The recruitment process ends when recruiters communicate results of the drives to the cell, which is ultimately conveyed to the selected students.
