• It is to be noted that security deposit i.e., Rs. 25,000/- will solely be refunded after at least 1 year stay at the on-campus hostels.
• Students are required to pay around 60% of their hostel fee prior to the start of the academic session.
• After the commencement of the program, students cannot withdraw their hostel request. In case students withdraw their hostel application prior to beginning of the session, a certain amount will be deducted from the overall hostel fee.
• In order to reside at the accommodations in the following academic year, it is mandatory for students to re-apply for the hostels before the end of the current academic year. However, allocation will be dependent on availability and other norms.

Separate hostels are present inside the Narayana Business School Campus for both boys and girls. The accommodations have sufficient amenities for around 660 students (330 for each gender). Each hostel has its own full-time warden and other staff members to ensure that there is a safe & disciplined environment at the complexes.
