PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore Hostel Details
PSG College of Technology hostels provide residence to nearly 4000 students with 7 hostels for males and 2 for females.
PSG College of Technology hostel food is prepared in the hostel mess modern kitchens and the mess serves amazing north Indian food to the hostellers. A coupon system is also present to provide the students with non-vegetarian as well as other food items.
Morning tea is served from 6:30 am to 7:00 am.
Breakfast timing starts from 6:30 am to 8:15 am.
Followed by lunch from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm.
Evening tea is served from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Finally, students are provided with dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
PSG College of Technology hostel facilities:
Students are provided ample facilities including purified water, hot water for bathing, laundry services, etc.
There is a personality development centre at the boys' hostel.
Students are provided with a library at the hostel to increase their reading habits.
Also, every Saturday, a movie screening is done in the hostels for the residents for their entertainment.
The girls' hostel comprises a beauty parlor.

The hostel includes stationery shops, computer centres, tailors, and an internet connection.
PSG College of Technology hostel rules:
Students must dress properly and maintain discipline and decorum.
Hostel rooms must not be used for any kind of business by the residents.
Electrical appliances, computers, or laptops that students bring with them must be registered beforehand.
Silence hours must be maintained in the hostels for the study purpose. From 9 pm to 6 am students are advised to maintain pin-drop silence.
Without prior permission, any request for late entry will not be entertained at the hostel.
The college does not allow camera cell phones inside the hostel premises.
