Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (formerly known as Garhwal University) [HNBGU], Garhwal Uttarakhand was established in the year 1973 as Central University Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Engineering, Management and Humanities. HNBGU is approved by the reputed AICTE, PCI and UGC, and is accredited by NAAC-A.
Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University was established in 1973 with an objective to provide education, training and advance knowledge for the holistic development of the students. The University aims to achieve excellence by promoting innovations and encouraging research.
