Jain University Faculty of Engineering and Technology (JU-FET) Bangalore hostels provide separate residential facilities for boys and girls. The accommodations are managed by the management division and have 24/7 internet facilities. A one-time security deposit (refundable) has to be submitted at the beginning of the admission. The rooms are available as follows:
Double-sharing for boys/girls separately
Triple-sharing for boys/girls separately
Four-person (quad) sharing for girls is available in Kanakpura City, for which pick-and-drop services are available.

Each room is provided with a dustbin, bed with mattress, cupboard, and study desk. The students have to bring along with them a study lamp, hand torch, two sets of locks, an umbrella, toilet kit, two sets of bed sheets & pillow covers, personal medication, a blanket, an alarm clock, mosquito repellent, coat hangers, and clothes drying hangers, warm clothes.

Each hostel is provided with a hostel warden, 24/7 security, CCTVs, and Fire Extinguisher for complete safety and efficient management.
Hostellers are expected to keep their room furnishings and electrical fixtures in the conditions provided to them. Any kind of damage will result in a fine.
The parents are required to assign a local guardian (above 35 years of age) and the students are allowed to visit the guardian once a week with prior permission from the warden.
No vehicles are permitted on the campus.
There is a cloakroom available to store the luggage.
