National Insurance Academy Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Pune

NIA Pune has a dedicated placement office headed by a placement chairperson from the faculty and managed by the placement committee, and a student driven body. Placement cell has 8 members and entire batch is divided under these 8 members. We call them buddy leaders. They organize mock GD/PI before Internship process which helps us to prepare better. There are various resume building sessions which helps us to improve our resumes. There are various pre-placement talks and guest lecturers organized by the cell. Our institute has record of 100% placements and there are companies like HDFC ERGO, TATA AIG, SBI Life, Marsh Brokers, Value Momentum, BAGIC, BALIC, and Infosys participates in the process.
