The Ganpat University (GUNI), Mehsana provides accommodation facilities for both boys’ and girls’ separately. Each hostel is equipped with various amenities and provides a safe & secure living environment to the students.

There are more than 11 hostels at Ganpat University which comprises AC and Non-AC rooms in different occupancies including double, triple, and quadruple. The Ganpat University hostel fees range from Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- annually (excluding mess charges & security deposit).

To avail the accommodation facilities at Ganpat University hostel, students have to pay hostel and mess charges depending upon the room type.

* Apart from the above mentioned hostel fees, students need to pay a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000/- & Rs. 10,000/- for Non-AC and AC rooms, respectively.

* The per semester food charges for all the hostels is Rs. 17,000/- except ‘Virtuous Hostel’, for that it is Rs. 23,000/- (applicable for both existing and newly admitted students).

There are various rules and regulations that should be followed by the students residing at the Ganpat University hostels; some of these are as follows:

• It is compulsory for the students to be in the hostel premises by the specified time as decided by the respective authorities.
• No student is permitted to change their allotted room without the permission of authorities.
• Activities like ragging, gambling, consumption of intoxicant substances, etc. are strictly prohibited within the hostels.
• Damage to any of the hostel property will lead to penalties.
• Any hosteller (specially girls) who want to stay out of the hostel at night have to seek permission in written by the authorities along with the recommendation of their parents / guardiaṇ.
• Hostellers are not allowed to host any celebrations or social gathering within the hostel without permission from the senior authorities of the Institution.

The Ganpat University Campus has built around 11 hostels (5 for boy’s and 6 for girl’s) with adequate facilities. Moreover, fully-furnished hostel rooms are available for different occupancies such as double, triple, and quadruple. All the AC and Non-AC rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities like wardrobe, bed, study table & chair, attached washrooms, etc.

Additionally, to ensure the safety of the students, several security measures are adopted by the hostel authorities including CCTV cameras, security check at the entry gates, security guards, and lady warden.

Each hostel has a separate mess which serves nutritious meals to the students. In addition to this, hostellers are facilitated with laundry service which is available on payment basis. Also, students at the hostels can avail sports facilities at the University’s ‘Vikram Nail Sports Complex’ such as Volley Ball, Cricket, Foot Ball, Swimming, and others.
