There is a cell in Career Point University called Placement and training cell which is responsible for the placement and training of the students. This cell provides training to the student in sixth semester. This is a very active cell because they try to bring as many companies as they could but not all the students got placed in my branch because most of the companies come for the software engineering profile. In my class there were 60 students and only 25 students got placed in which 5 were placed in core companies and other were placed in software companies including myself. There are many students who do not want to get placed they just want to prepare for the GATE exam and they try for the Public Sector Undertaking companies.
