The tiered & non-tiered classrooms present at the SSBF Pune campus are spacious and well-equipped with projectors, whiteboards, and other essential teaching-learning tools. A huge auditorium, with a seating capacity of around 600 students is there at the Institute. Here, modern multimedia aids are installed to host various academic & cultural events efficiently.
In the adequately equipped conference hall, latest AV tools for presentation and for organising various academic activities are available. The air-conditioned assembly hall of the Institute has sufficient seating capacity and is well-equipped with a projector, screen, speakers, etc. to host educational & formal events.
The remaining amenities that are available to provide quality education to the students are mentioned below:
- Library: The students of the Institute are offered access to the centralised library. It has a huge assortment of learning resources including books, journals, magazines, encyclopaedias, newspapers, etc.
A reading hall has been set up at the library wherein students can learn in an uninterrupted environment. Computer systems are installed in the library for students to access the online learning platforms & e-resources of Global level. Other than this, book bank facilities are offered.
- Laboratories: Inside the Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance Pune campus, a computer hall / Business lab with advanced PCs is present to equip students with practical skills. They can also use these systems for enhancing their digital proficiency.
Non-Academic Facilities
To provide an excellent campus experience to the students, the following non-academic facilities are available:
- Sports: A ‘Recreation and Wellness Centre’ has been set up that comprises a Badminton Court, Squash Court, Tennis Court, Pool Table, etc. For outdoor games, Cricket Ground, Football Field, Volleyball Court, and Basketball Court are present. In addition to this, a Swimming Pool is available.
- Hostel: The Institute provides residential facilities to the students at the ‘Petunia Hostel’, ‘Lotus Hostel’, and ‘Calendula Hostel’. The rooms of the SSBF Pune Hostels are available in double, triple, and other multiple occupancies. To fulfil the dietary needs of the hostellers, mess facilities are present. The other facilities include gymnasium, Wi-Fi connection, and so on.
- Eateries: Dining facilities and mess services are offered inside the Institute at the Students’ Service Centre and Mess. Here, healthy & tasty meals are served to the students. Also, a ‘Midnight Café’ has been set up wherein students can have different types of snacks & beverages.
- Healthcare Facilities: Adequate infrastructural facilities have been set up in the premises to provide prompt medical services to the injured & ill students. Moreover, trained Doctors conduct annual check-ups to ensure students are physically fit.
- Gymnasium: Students are encouraged to stay physically fit by exercising using the modern strength training & cardio equipment present at the SSBF Pune campus’ gymnasium.
