SSBF Pune Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance (SSBF), Pune has set up a ‘Placement Assistance Committee’ / ‘Placement Cell’ with an aim to provide career counseling & industry-ready training to the students so that they can choose a suitable career option & are able to fulfill the requisite job requirements.

The committee at SSBF Pune has set formed a ‘Placement Assistance Counselling & Training (PACT)’ that focuses on enhancing the employability skills & knowledge of the students through different activities like guest sessions, mock interviews, resume writing, aptitude tests, and so on so that they can get familiar with the industrial requirements & secure attractive salary packages. Students from academic batch 2024-2026 have secured a highest package of 24 LPA and average package of 10.25 LPA via the SSBF Pune placements drives.

Students enrolled in the SSBF Pune Courses i.e., MBA have received job opportunities from companies operating in different industrial sectors such as Operations Analysts, Portfolio Manager, Consultant, etc. Some of the leading companies like includes KPMG, Bank of New York, Accenture, Bajaj Finserv, Infosys, Aditya Birla Capital, Federal Bank, Wipro, and so on has participated in Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance Pune placement drive to recruit the students with high paying job roles.
