B.Tech in Robotics Engineering

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Robotics Engineering is a technical course for science stream students and can be opted after class 12th. Robotics engineering deals with the study of robots and automated machine systems including their manufacturing, processing and development. Robotics engineering itself is a combination of electrical, mechanical, electronics and computer engineering. Psychology is also a part of the curriculum to understand and implement human behaviour.

Based on Entrance Exam level

• JEE, MHT-CET, BITSAT etc.
  • Based on the JEE Exam, students can get admission into IITs, IIITs, NITs, IIEST and other renowned colleges. Same way, students can appear for other examinations like MHT-CET, BITSAT etc., to get admission in government and private colleges.
  • Upon qualifying the examinations, they have to follow a certain procedure. For JEE, the process is JEE MAINS - JEE ADVANCED - JoSAA Counseling. For MHT-CET, students have to appear for the exam, qualify it and come under the merit list. MHT-CET is held by the Government of Maharashtra.

Merit based OR Direct admission

• Students who fail to qualify any entrance exam or did not appear for any exam can apply to some colleges directly. Some colleges accept admission based on class 12th percentage while some just need the passing marks. Students are advised to check with colleges before applying.
