AP ECET Eligibility Criteria 2026: Overview
The AP ECET 2026 will be held by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA) on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Through the State level entrance test scores, candidates can get lateral entry admission in the B.E, B.Tech, and B.Pharm courses offered by the Participating Institutes.

Academic Qualifications
According to the AP ECET exam eligibility criteria, students should have qualified the following educational qualifications as per the desired program:
- For B.E / B.Tech:
- Diploma in Engineering & Technology from State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh / other Diploma from an AICTE approved Institution that is recognised by the Andhra Pradesh Government.
OR
- 3-year B.Sc with Mathematics as one of the subjects in group combination / equivalent from a recognised University.
- For B.Pharm: D.Pharma / equivalent Diploma from an Institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying Marks
To appear for the AP ECET Exam, aspirants should ensure that they have obtained the minimum passing marks or above in the requisite qualifying exam. The qualifying marks specified in the AP ECET eligibility criteria 2026 are 45% marks (40% for students belonging to the SC / ST / BC categories).
Age Limit

Nationality
