JENPAS UG Registration 2026 (Closed): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The JENPAS UG 2026 registration window is open from 24th March 2026. To apply for the entrance test, students can visit ‘wbjeeb.in/jenpas-ug’ or ‘wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug’. The last date to complete the application process in 15th April 2026. The conducting body i.e., WBJEEB will open the correction window from 17th - 19th April 2026 so that already registered candidates can edit their mistakes in the submitted form, if any.

After filling in the application form, students have to confirm their candidature by completing the examination fee for the JENPAS UG 2026. The registration fee can be paid online using any one of the below-mentioned modes of payment:

Step 1: JENPAS UG Registration 2026

• Open “wbjeeb.in/jenpas-ug/” or “wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/” and click on the Application Form link.
• Enter personal details like Candidate’s Name & the Parents’ Names, Date of Birth, Gender, Identification details, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address, etc.
• Now, create the password, choose & answer the security question. Review the aforementioned details and press the ‘submit’ button to complete the registration            tion.
• Following this, an Application Number will be generated & displayed on the screen. It will also be sent to the candidate’s registered Email address and mobile number.

Step 2: Fill-in the Application Form

• Login by entering requisite details, Roll Number, Password, and Security Pin & then press the ‘Sign In’ button.
• Enter additional details in the Application Form such as Domicile, Religion, Academic details, etc.
• Now, select the desired Paper among the displayed options & choose the zones of examination (as per the availability & preference).
• Afterwards, review & submit the form.

Step 3: Upload Images & Pay the Examination Fee

• Upload documents like Photograph & Signature of the candidate in the prescribed format.
• Post this, pay the requisite Registration Fee.
• Upon successful completion of the Application Form, the website will redirect to download the ‘Confirmation Page’.

Applicants can recover their password & application number for the JENPAS UG 2026 registration by following the below-discussed steps:

For Password

The steps to be followed to retrieve the password are as follows:

• On the ‘Sign In’ page, click ‘Forgot Password?’ tab.
• Select the Entrance Exam’s name from the dropdown list.
• Choose one of the methods; either by generating an OTP via SMS on the registered mobile number or by sending a reset link to the registered Email ID.
• Now, click the ‘Continue’ button to process further for recovering the password.

For Application Number / User ID

The User ID / Application Number can be recovered by following the below given steps:

• Click the ‘Forgot Application No?/User ID?’ option on the Sign-In page.
• Now, choose the examination and enter details like Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Security Pin.
• Press the ‘Submit’ button to continue further for retrieving the forgotten Application Number / Used ID.

The following are some of the points that the aspirants must be aware of while completing their application form for the JENPAS UG Exam 2026 and afterwards:

• Candidates applying for both Paper-I & Paper-II can submit only one Application Form.
• Forms that differ from the conditions specified by the conducting body will be rejected.
• Details like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Domicile must match those mentioned on the students’ academic mark sheets, identity cards, and Caste / Category / Income Certificates (as applicable).
• If applicants receive any Email / SMS about the conflict in uploaded documents, they must rectify the mistake within 24 hours. If not rectified, admit cards will not be issued for appearing in the examination.
