The NPAT stands for National Test for Programs after Twelfth. The NMIMS campuses are situated at various locations across India including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Indore, and Chandigarh.

The NMIMS NPAT exam is conducted once a year by SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) which is a Deemed to be University. The NPAT exam 2026 question paper will be divided into 3 sections which will comprise a total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Students who fail to align with the eligibility criteria cannot apply for the NMIMS NPAT exam. The NPAT Eligibility Criteria 2026 states that students must have passed Class 12^th or its equivalent examination in respective subjects to be eligible for the entrance test.

The NPAT exam eligibility criteria is set by the test conducting body which is SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed to be University). The NMIMS NPAT 2026 syllabus is designed by the SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed to be University) which is the exam conducting body.  Students are advised to prepare for the entrance exam on the basis of the NMIMS NPAT 2026 exam syllabus as the question paper will be set accordingly.

The NPAT 2026 Exam Pattern states that the question paper will have 3 sections which are Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning. Students will get 100 Minutes (1 Hour and 40 Minutes) to solve the entire question paper which will carry a total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

As per the NMIMS NPAT exam pattern 2026, each section of the question paper will carry 40 marks which means the total marks of the test will be 120. For every right answer, students will get 1 Mark and no negative marking is applicable for incorrect answers.

On the exam day, students need to adhere to the guidelines set by the exam authorities for a hassle-free experience at the test centre; below-given are the details of the same:

• Aspirants should report at their allotted exam centre before the beginning of the exam to complete all the formalities on time without any issues.
• Candidates need to carry the printed copy of their admit card at the allotted test centre along with valid ID proofs including Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / PAN Card, etc.
• Any type of electronic devices including mobile phones, bluetooth connected devices, smart watches, etc. are prohibited for the candidates to carry inside the examination hall.
• If any candidate is found to be involved in any unfair practices, in such cases, they will be disqualified from the entrance exam.
• Any student is not allowed to leave their seat / the examination hall before the exam time is over.
