The exam conducting authority has activated the link i.e., ‘cetug.puchd.ac.in’ for the PUCET UG registration 2026 from 14^th November 2026 onwards. Students who look forward to appearing for the entrance test should finish the registration process before the PUCET UG registration last date i.e., 22^nd April 2026.

In addition to this, the end date specified to submit the PUCET UG fee and complete the application form is 24^th April 2026 and 27^th April 2026, respectively. After completing the PUCET UG registration 2026, students are supposed to pay the exam fee in order to fill and submit the application form.

The fee for the entrance examination has to be paid using any one of the following online payment methods:

• UPI
• Net Banking
• Debit Card
• Credit Card

* If students choose more than 3 subjects i.e., PCMB combination, then they will be required to pay an additional paper fee of Rs. 570/-.

Note: Aspirants should be aware that the application fee will not be refunded under any situation nor it is transferable.

Late Fee

Students who have registered and paid a fee for the PUCET UG 2026 but have failed to submit the application form before the specified last date can complete the same by paying a late fee of Rs. 500/-. In such a case, concerned candidates will be given the provision to submit the application form between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on 6^th May 2026.

* Students should be informed that filling the application form and passing the test is not sufficient to secure admission in the desired program. In addition to this, it is compulsory for the applicants to have fulfilled the PUCET UG Eligibility Criteria 2026.

The process for the PUCET UG registration 2026 is completely online. Applicants are advised to follow the below-given step-wise procedure to complete the registration and application process without any error:

• Step 1: Navigate to ‘cetug.puchd.ac.in’ and click on the ‘Online Registration’ option displayed on the website.
• Step 2: The PUCET UG exam 2026 registration form will open. In the same, fill in the following fields with precision:
  • Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address

• Step 3: Provide the remaining details and choose the ‘Submit’ button to finish the registration process.
• Step 4: After this, the link will be redirected to a new webpage that will contain the Application Number, Login ID, and Password. The same information will be communicated to the applicants on the registered email ID.
• Step 5: Now, again go to the official website and press on the ‘Login’ option.
• Step 6: In the login page, enter the Login ID and Password in the space provided and then click on the ‘Sign In’ tab.
• Step 7: Now, press on the ‘Pay Fee’ option given on the website to pay the fee for PUCET UG Exam 2026.
• Step 8: Post this, fill the PUCET UG 2026 application form and upload the requisite documents in the specified format.
• Step 9: At last, choose the ‘Save and Confirm’ option to submit the application form and take a printout of the same for further reference.

* Students who have claimed concession on the exam fee under the SC / ST / PwD / PU Employee category are required to submit the hardcopy of the application form and the supporting documents. These documents proving the same are to be sent to the Assistant Registrar, CET Cell, Aruna Ranjit Chandra Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh through registered post / speed post / in person before the deadline.

* Once the form for PUCET UG registration 2026 is submitted, applicants will not be permitted to modify details in the same under any circumstances.

Retrieve Password

• Choose the ‘Forgot your Password?’ button displayed on the login page.
• A new webpage will open. In the same, provide the information like Candidate Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID.

• At last, click on the ‘Reset Password’ tab.
• The new password will be displayed on the screen.

Change Password

• On the student dashboard, press on the ‘Change Password’ button.
• Enter details in fields including Old Password, New Password, and Retype New Password.
