The Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University), i.e., the conducting body will probably begin the SAEEE 2026 registration for Phase 1 from 30th November 2025. *Candidates opting for an online mode of payment will have to pay additional bank charges as applicable at the time of fee payment.

*It is to be noted that once the application fee for SAEEE 2026 is paid / in case of dual or repeated payments, no refund will be provided to the applicants in any condition.

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit “sathyabama.ac.in” & press the “Apply Online” button.
• For registration, click the “New User?” tab.
• Now, enter the Candidate’s Name, Password, Email ID & Mobile Number, and click the “Proceed to Apply” button.
• Verify the Email & Mobile Number provided.

*Students who have already completed their registration can directly login & proceed to complete their application form.

Step 2: Login to complete the Application Form

• On the official website, press the “Apply Now” tab & login using the Email ID & Password.
• After entering the credentials, click the “Login” button; the SAEEE exam 2026 application form will be displayed on the screen.
• Accurately fill-in the information asked in the form followed by uploading the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Afterwards, verify the details and rectify the mistakes, if any.
• Now, complete the exam fee payment using any one of the payment modes displayed on the payment gateway.

* For offline fee payment, visit any of the Indian Bank Branches.

• After successful payment, submit the application form to complete the process of applying for the SAEEE Exam 2026.

Note: It is to be noted that without requisite fee payment, applications will not be considered valid.
