XGMT Eligibility Criteria 2026: Check Nationality, Age Limit, Aggregate Score & Qualifications

Academic Qualifications

The minimum educational qualification required for the XGMT 2026 is that students must have qualified a minimum 3-years Bachelor’s Degree / other equivalent.

* Aspirants who are going to complete the final exam of Graduation likely by 15^th June 2026 & expecting their final results probably by 30^th September 2026  are also eligible to apply for the entrance test.

Qualifying Marks

In accordance with the XGMT eligibility criteria 2026, students must have passed the requisite qualifying exam with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

Age Limit

As per the XGMT exam eligibility criteria, there is no upper age limit prescribed by the conducting authority i.e., XIM University, Bhubaneswar for appearing in the entrance test.

Some of the other important points that students are supposed to be aware of are as follows:

• Students who have qualified other entrance tests like XAT / CAT / GMAT / NMAT / GATE / CEET as per the respective program’s eligibility requirement can also apply for admission in the desired courses. However, such aspirants are supposed to apply via requisite process before the due date.
• Candidates who have secured 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd ranks at the College / Institute / University level during Graduation & satisfy the above-mentioned eligibility criteria are exempted from appearing in the XGMT entrance test & can directly apply for admission.
• Rank holders can take direct admission only in the MBA program in specialisations like Rural Management (RM), Sustainability Management (SM), Urban Management & Governance (UMG), and Public Policy & Management (PPM).
• For admission in the MBA program in Urban Management & Governance (UMG), aspirants who have obtained at least 60% aggregate marks in UG / equivalent need not appear for the XGMT entrance exam.

Students who look forward to appearing in the entrance examination should be aware that they are supposed to satisfy the XGMT eligibility criteria 2026 before submitting the application form.
