XGMT Registration 2027: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The XIM University, Bhubaneswar (exam conducting authority) will be announce the registration dates very soon.

There is no separate form for the entrance test. Interested & eligible students can apply for the entrance test by first filling-in the application form by paying Rs. 1800/- for the first option and further Rs. 1500/- for opting for the XGMT 2027. Additionally, candidates are required to pay Rs. 400/- for selecting each of the subsequent options while filling in the application form.

The XIM University, Bhubaneswar will conduct the XGMT 2027 for offering admission to the qualifying students in the MBA, MMS-BF, and EMBA-BM programs in the University & its constituent units.

The fee amount to be paid by the applicants include application fee (for one option), additional fee for each subsequent choice (if opted for), and the XGMT fee. Aspirants are supposed to pay for the XGMT registration 2027 via online mode only through the following payment modes:

• NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
• RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• UPI

The XGMT registration 2027 is to be done online on the official website i.e., ‘xim.edu.in’. However, students should be aware that there is no separate registration form available for the XGMT entrance test. Thus, candidates are first supposed to fill-in a common application form of the XIM University and then proceed with the registration for the XGMT Exam 2027.

To successfully fill-in the application form and register for the entrance test, aspirants can consider following the steps discussed below:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the XIM University, Bhubaneswar and register / create a new account by entering the Applicant’s Full Name (as mentioned in the Graduation Certificate), and registered Mobile Number & Email ID.
• Step 2: Now, log in using the Unique XU ID / Login ID / Username and Password received on the email address.
• Step 3: Post this, enter requisite personal, educational, and details about the work experience asked in the XGMT 2027 application form.
• Step 4: After giving the aforementioned details, select the desired academic programs & their respective test options / XGMT in the ‘Programs and Test’ section of the online application form.

* Candidates can also apply for admission through other entrance test scores such as XAT / CAT / GMAT / NMAT / GATE / CEET. In such a case, it is not mandatory to opt for XGMT in the application form.

• Step 5: Thereafter, write the Statement of Purpose (SOP) & upload the applicant’s photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
• Step 6: After completing the XGMT 2027 registration / application form, proceed with the online payment.

Note: After successful payment of the application fee, a confirmation email will be sent to the aspirants regarding the acceptance of the online application form.

Some of the other crucial factors that the students should be aware about while doing the XGMT registration 2027 & filling-in the application form are as follows:

• Candidates can apply for admission in more than one program given, they satisfy the eligibility conditions of the respective courses.
• Aspirants can use a single Login ID & Password, and fill in a common application form to apply for admission in multiple courses.
• Students who have registered for XAT / CAT / GMAT / NMAT / GATE / CEET & wish to take admission in the desired course on the basis of scores in the above-mentioned exam are also required to submit the online application form of the XIM University, Bhubaneswar.
• Aspiring candidates can apply for a single program through multiple entrance exam scores & vice-versa (if applicable).
• The XGMT exam fee is onetime payment and applicants are not required to pay the same again if opting for admission in multiple programs through the entrance test.

Students can retrieve the password for the XGMT registration 2027 through the below-mentioned procedure:

• Go to the login page of the XIM University, Bhubaneswar.
• Click on the ‘Request New Password’ tab.
• Now, enter the registered email ID and select the ‘Submit’ button to move ahead with the process of recovering the password.

Aspirants are advised to keep the required documents ready in the prescribed format before starting the XGMT registration 2027. The necessary documents are listed below:

• Academic Certificates
• Work-related Data / Certificates
• Passport Size Photograph
• Signature of the Candidate

The photograph & the signature can be uploaded as a scanned document or as a digital image in JPEG format. Additionally, the size of both the documents should be within 50 – 100 KB each.

Furthermore, the dimensions of the passport size photograph should be about 200 x 250 pixels, and about 250 x 125 pixels in case of the signature of the applicant.

* Candidates should note that they are not required to send a hardcopy of the documents / credentials to the conducting body until or unless they are asked to send the same.

Students are advised to do the XGMT 2027 exam registration & fill-in the application form carefully. After the submission of the application form, rectification of mistakes will not be allowed.

However, if applicants have paid the application fee for the originally submitted form then, they can add new courses / admission tests only once by navigating the ‘Program and Test’ page available on the official website i.e., ‘xim.edu.in’. The provision of adding a second course will be enabled only through XGMT exam 2027. Furthermore, aspiring candidates will be required to pay the requisite fee for the subsequent options selected.

It is mandatory for the students to meet the requisite eligibility conditions before moving ahead with the XGMT registration 2027. The XGMT Eligibility Criteria 2027 laid down by the conducting body states that the candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate in Graduation / equivalent of minimum of 3-years. Aspirants who are in their final year of qualifying Degree can also apply for the entrance exam. Furthermore, there is no maximum age limit prescribed for appearing in the test.
