Rajasthan Technical University MBA Review By Varsha Punglia

The university is well-known and has a good reputation in building careers of the students so that was the reason to pursue studies. My experience was good as I got the stream, faculties and environment where I wanted to attain my degree. I accomplished my post graduation degree in 2016 with good marks. The university is providing different kinds of degrees such as BBA, B.Tech, MBA, M.Arch, MCA, and many others so that a student can pursue the courses which they actually want. By joining this university, the student can evolve in both ways i.e. academics and sports. Apart from that, there were some negative things happened to me such as deduction in marks for the late submission of projects, faculties not giving proper guidance to the students, and few more. But, overall things are improving in academics perspective so it will be the good choice for other students to join Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.

The university is offering a wide range of courses to the students which in includes BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BHMCT, MCA, MBA, M.Arch, Ph.D, and many other. I can say that the university is facilitating a simple process to the students to join course and get placement for better growth. Moreover, if the students cannot move to the location where university is located, then they may also opt for distance learning. By collaborating with different colleges like Vision School of Management, I got the chance to attain regular degree from Chittorgarh itself. Also, during my time, I got the chance to have dual specialization while doing MBA so that I could get more opportunities for the career.

I must say that the university has dynamic and qualified faculties for the students' growth. They are supportive in sharing knowledge and also give extra time if students have any doubts regarding any subjects. Also, the extra class helps students to increase chances of having good marks in all exams. The professors are significantly interacting with the students so that they could be more confident together with they communicate in languages in which student is more comfortable and open to talk. Apart from that, the professors had worked in multiple projects in multiple companies so it will be great chance to connect with companies and got references of them. Besides that, I also need to say that there were limited faculties for the finance stream and students faced difficulties in gaining knowledge for the accounts and taxation subjects. That was the only reason I went for the specialization in human resource management and marketing so that I could pursue studies and get good marks.

The opportunity of getting the placement in a good company is great because the university is already collaborated with many organizations where student can easily join and pursue respective careers. During my time, a job fair was arranged for the students in which many and different companies were invited and requested to interact with the students and know about their knowledge and skills so that they could be recruited with good package. Not only this, such job fair was open for all students, even from outside campus so that best opportunity could be taken for the career success.

The building of the university is very big and convenient for the students for studying. The problem of noise pollution in campus also is very minimal so no disturbance could be held during lectures. There is a huge section made for the library in which broad range of books are available for the reading or students can issue them or take them home for some days so that special notes can be done. Moreover, the university also takes care of the student's sports or cultural activity by facilitating basketball ground, table tennis, badminton, good speaker sound, and many more.

Overall, I can say that the university gives a huge change to the students to grab varieties of the courses from bachelors to masters to doctorial. During my time, the annual fests were also uniquely arranged for the students where students could dance, act, sing or enjoy with classmates, faculties, and more. The university also plans trip for the students so that they can explore new world with the people who are of their age and seniors who can share incredible bond with each other.
