My Genuine Thoughts on RTU Kota

Overall Rating
Overall, I would say, RTU Kota is a good University. For the students who want to prepare for further studies, GATE or MBA or want to prepare for government exams or PSU's, you will get many free hours on your part that you can spend on extra studies. Extracurricular activities are comparatively less others.
 

Academics Rating
Academically the curriculum is good. I am an Information Technology branch student. For admission, you need around 93+ percentile to be eligible for this branch through reaps process. You will not feel the load of exams or attendance much. With two mid-sems and a 10-day end-sems, your exams would be wrapped up and you will get a lot free time what you can invest anywhere else. Academics are strong for you to achieve your goals.
The fee for my course is around Rs. 38,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per semester, with an extra Rs. 2200/-for exam form fee. Special category students can apply for scholarships and stuff and it is easy to avail those scholarships.
 

Faculty Rating
Many of the teaching faculties are IIT pass outs in our University. They are quite knowledgeable and deliver their content through PPTs and other methods for us to understand easily. All of them are quite approachable at the time of need. Try to carry a good bond with each of the faculties, and they will try their best to lift you up in your needs.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of RTU Kota is literally huge. It covers over an area of 385 acres with natural beauty all around. A few building are newly built and all the buildings have classrooms with a capacity of 200 student’s at least. We got a gymnasium, a football ground, a huge cricket ground, cafeteria, 3 canteen, 2 stationary shops, and library within the campus. Facilities like Post Office and PNB bank is also present here.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good if you settle in. The crowd is nice as students from all over Rajasthan come and study here. There are number of clubs and each day some or the other event is happening in them. Participating in them is much fun. Annual fests like ‘THAR’ occur in this University with popular band performances. Ganesh chaturthi and other religious festivals are also celebrated here with great enthusiasm.

    Rajasthan Technical University is one of the best government institutes in Rajasthan. The infrastructure is good. All the facilities are available like hostel, playing grounds, badminton court, and gym in the college campus.     As we talk about Rajasthan Technical University, it is the biggest university of Rajasthan. The university is located in Kota which has all things required by a student. As I am a day scholar so my first choice was this college and to get admission in this college. One should give JEE entrance exam and had to secure percentile above 55 so to get a good branch.
