University Maharani College BBA Review By Geetanjali Khatri

I had studied BBA from University of Maharani’s College. I am talking about almost 5 years back. In simple words, my experience was good because of the opportunity I got to put my best in studies. It is a Government college which means you will see people in groups shouting slogans whenever there were times of elections. Coming to the courses, there were varieties of courses for graduates, ranging from Arts, science and commerce streams. I had pursued Bachelor of Business Administration which was a very knowledgeable and interactive course at the same time. Thankfully, I got good faculty members who guided me throughout the journey and helped me exploring new job opportunities after I complete my graduation.

BBA course is something which you should pursue if you have deep interest in the business, management and want to work in IT department. For enrolling, you need to fill an online form whose hard copy is required be submitted in the college. Kindly take care of the due date because after that the form will not be taken. The eligibility criteria for getting enrolled in the college is 60% which means you have to be academically good if you want to take admission in this college. With the completion of this professional three-year program, you will find yourself confident and you will be prepared for the next step of your life with a high earning potential.

Honestly, you will see the classes empty as there are no regular classes for various courses. But for BBA, there were regular classes for each and every subject in the curriculum. The faculty members were quite good in explaining all the topics and subjects if you are attentive and regular at attending those sessions. There are no chances of extra classes so you have to take the lecture in one go. Teachers are helpful. They will guide you through the learning if you are attentive enough to attend the classes every day.

I do not think that there is any Placement Cell in the university. If you are thinking of getting placement, I would suggest you not to opt for it.

I did not use hostel services in the college because I was a local resident.

There are basically two buildings in the college. Front building is impressive and it will get all your attention. The infrastructure is poor as the tables and chairs are too old. Moreover, I was mesmerized by the theatre they had for the ceremonies or annual function. They also have a huge library where you can study in peace.

If you are into volunteering or team engagement activities, then it is a right place for you. Freshers meet is amazing. There are different kinds of fest according to your interest. I would recommend you to participate in those events as it will get your extracurricular activities done in right way. You can join drama, dance, and acting and learn many other skills which are equally important as your academics.
