My review on MVJCE

Overall Rating
Hello, I am a 3rd year engineering student here, pursuing aeronautical. This college can be chosen for good education purposes. As it provides good educational support and facilities. Also there are clubs that entertain sports and extracurricular activities. Overall it's a good college and when it comes to placements, they are pretty decent as well. Mainly located in a place which has metro station close by too. Travelling becomes easier when compared.
 

Academics Rating
I am in aeronautical branch, which is good branch to opt for. The requirements through CET with a good ranking and the fee will vary according to the ranking. If you are willing to buy a seat, it'll vary according to your marks in PUC and may get a scholarship too. Enrolling here is good decision when you think of education and the fee isn't that high as compared to other top colleges of Karnataka/ Bangalore.
 

Faculty Rating
Our aeronautical branch has experienced faculty members, the teaching is decent. And there is retired DRDO faculty here as well. With good experience and knowledge over the subject. The style of teaching is using presentations and board when required too. Good lab facilities with AC. faculty is concerning as well.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is, and surely it does help you acquire jobs. Concentrate on building your profile by internships and projects.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there is hostel provided, little strict but good. Infrastructure is luxurious.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has one stretched out building and other building for PU block. There's Library and auditorium separately. And canteen and a mess for hostellers too. The books related are provided in the library and can be taken and read as per your requirements. There are two shops / cafes providing snacks and junks.
 

Campus Rating
The crowd is pretty posh, campus life seems peaceful because of the availability of a lot of trees inside the campus. There are around seven clubs in MVJ, each having a different purpose. They take you to fests to participate. Fests are held too. There is raaghabhibaya for acting and production, saahitya for writing skills, aakriti for sketching, and stuff and many more for dancing and singing and debates too.

    This college has been one of the top colleges in Bangalore and it's mainly top ranked in Aeronautical Engineering. The faculties are best and most of them are Ph.D. Holders. The college’s functions are good and access and functioning to all parts of the college is transparent. The college’s reputation has also been excellent.     MVJ College of engineering is nice in terms of education. Teaching staff is nice and academic is also nice. There is no cultural fest. If you want to enjoy then this college is not nice.     What I personally feel is that our college has very good campus with very calm environment. Teachers are also very cooperative with the non kannadians apart from that our college has very strict environment with respective dressing code.
