The LNCT college is famous for its discipline and good average package as compared to the cut-off rank required to get admitted in the college. But in other aspects like cultural programs, junior senior interaction, the college lags behind other colleges of Bhopal like oriental, and TIT. Here the campus of college is very beautiful, but slightly over crowded due to different type of colleges and courses operating at the same campus. Overall experience is average as discipline here sometimes becomes so boring. But as of the academics the teachers and teaching here are wonderful. You may enjoy the college if you go with small self confidence and discipline in you.

Here B.Tech CSE is the most famous branch of this college, along with other branches. We can take admission here through the MPDTE counseling or by direct admission in management quota. For example to take admission in CSE core you need around 80 above percentile in JEE. Academics are the main focus of the college authorities here. Also 75% is mandatory, and college authorities also keep an eye on the student’s attendance. Teachers are decent here, always helpful, and friendly. But some of the works like writing assignment and writing notes are also forced to do here. Overall the study and academics are nice here as compared to other college of same standard.

Faculty is above average here. Some teachers are excellent and focuses a lot in your daily work that whether student is completing all works on time or not. But also some faculties have a frank behavior that they do not pay much attention to the side of students study in the class. And the faculty management here is such that there are so many teachers as compared to the number of classes. Different teachers for every different subject and branch are available here. The teaching style of every teacher is different here, some may seem like teaching in school and some looks so frank like they are our friends of long time.

Yes, the college has a Training and Placement Department headed by Anuj Garg, which aims to train the students for placements and future job opportunities. Also the college starts preparing students for placement from the first semester it self. Overall giving an average package of around 5 to 6 lakhs LNCT stands as an above average placement making college.

Hostels are very nice here and food is also good. But only matter is that they only provide hostel for the first year students only. Then after students have to live outside the campus. The hostel also provides games materials and other playing items. And nearby in campus there is canteens gym and many indoor sports.

Infrastructure is nice here. The main building is 30 years old but in a very good state along with there is different buildings namely the LNCT&S, LNCTE and LNCT pharma and different small buildings like CME, manufacturing practice workshop, etc. The campus size is around 40 acres which is seemingly small as of the number of students crowded here in all different colleges and campuses. Also there are 2 grounds for sports and 3 canteens. Books here are provided by the college library which has to be returned after semester end.

Campus life is lovely here. There is some nice discipline but rather than discipline there are much more to explore in the college and the campus. Campus size may seem small but if you have good friend circle you can definitely enjoy the college and the hostel here. But sad part is that hostel is only for 1 year. May be campus life could be more interesting if some more interesting areas and parks and facilities would be developed by college which are limited here due to small campus size. Crowd is very much here. The college provides many clubs for students which the students can join form second year. Fests are limited here as college is not much into them.
