Ambalika Institute of Management And Technology (AIMT) is an educational group of institutions consisting of courses like B.Tech, BCA, BBA, MBA, Diploma etc. I am currently enrolled in computer science branch of B.Tech course with specialization of artificial intelligence and machine learning. The institute is AKTU affiliated for B.Tech and MBA courses and it runs on the norms and guidelines provided by AKTU only. Vision of the institute is to develop engineers that add value to the industry regarding which the management and staff work hard. I came to this institute as it gives the best academic facilities in Lucknow with the current fee structure. It provides students with all the branches to choose between and amazing faculty (especially in first year). Co-curricular activities are not so great here as compared to the academic cell though the fests and programs are conducted on a regular basis for the students to reenergize. B.Tech- Most prominent course in the institute which provides you with branches like Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering with AI-ML Specialization, Computer Science and Engineering with Data science specialization, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Requirements - You will need your 10th and 12th mark sheet with adhar card and all the other required documents if you want to apply for a scholarship. Eligibility - Student should be 10th and 12th pass and must have PCM as their 12th subjects. Motive- You can get enrolled here if you want to be a Data Analyst, Engineer, Cloud Computing, Cyber Expert , Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Software Developer, App Developer, Front End - Back End Developer and what not.

So there are around 2-3 faculties for each subject of the entire course as the number of sections are vast. The experience of each student will vary with respect to whatever faculty they've got. I've studied in my first year from Maithani sir, vipul sir (PHD in math, most hardworking professor), Shivam sir (C programming faculty with best attitude), Sandeep sir(Can make you learn electrical concepts in minutes), tomar sir(Additional director of the institute teaching chemistry like no one else), Varun sir (Electronics never seemed so simple to me ,all credits to him),Swati mam (PHD in English), avneesh sir( Can make you imagine the concepts of physics), Satish sir (Saving water seemed really important to me after he taught EVS), Prashant sir ( Top tier teaching of mechanics). I'm currently in 2nd year looking forward to self study as the spoon feeding has ended from now on.

Yes there is a placement cell in our institute and some particular professors and staff members are assigned to be seated in there when a company appears in the institute.
The placement cell conducts many activities starting from making societies like enigma from second year onwards. It conducts different activities for the students to get trained for the different rounds and interview level. The companies visiting are both Tech and Non- Tech.

There is one boys hostel (non- AC) with an AC girls hostel in the campus and a non-AC girls hostel outside the campus in present times (2024). Hostels are very cost efficient and provide with all the basic facilities needed including mess, gym, Wi-Fi and cleanliness. One needs to be under guidance of the hostel warden and guards are 24/7 present in the hostel with bouncers being just around. A 24/7 ambulance is also present in the hostel premises.

There are a total of 5 blocks in the campus including a Technology building (B.Tech, diploma), Management building (BCA, BBA, MBA), 1 boys hostel and two girls hostel. The structure of the both the educational blocks are efficiently made and catchy to the eyes. The technology building is a bit larger than the management building as it contains academic cell, seminar hall, conference room, placement cell, accounts, registrar office, director's cabin, head's office and all the important labs like CNC lab, kuka robotics etc.

The institute is DRCC approved which is a beneficial policy for Bihar students. So you will get to see a plenty amount of Bihar students in the institute. Apart from that the vast percentage in the crowd are people from Uttar Pradesh only. Students from Jharkhand, Punjab, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Jammu, Kashmir, Kerala etc. also come to this institute. There are many societies build inside named as the SLDP committee, Dance, music, drama, enigma, enactus, Tech, photography, eco, craft, art, and DIY societies. The compulsory fests to be conducted every year are the Fresher’s, Aahvahan, Farewell, alumini meet, Tech fest, Sports event and different societies own competitions.
