My experience at GITAM has been good and the faculties you get here are good. You will get everything regarding academics. One should make good use of all those. I chose GITAM as I wanted to do computer science engineering from a reputed institute and I also came to know that the faculty here teaches well. I think one should choose GITAM as you will get to learn things in curriculum which is up to date regarding academics. Everything is going well and regarding to the campus life one will surely enjoy in this lush green campus with different events going on frequently. Overall one will have a good time here in GITAM.

The course designed here helps students be up to date regarding the present technical world. The college makes you ready to deal with the situations that you can face when you work outside. The entry to this institute by is writing the EAMCET or GITAM entrance exam. I think the GITAM entrance test should be conducted with no disperancies giving more seats to merit and the eligibility is one must score a decent rank in EAMCET to get into CSE in this college. 50 to 60 percentile in GITAM is enough to get into this college.

The faculty here teaches well and some have a good grip on their subjects. The way they teach is understood by everyone and most of them have Ph.D and some of them teach by illustrating real life examples. They co relate everything with daily life examples and they teach with the help of ppt which makes students to understand easily. Frequent lab sessions are also conducted to practically implement the things you learn in the class.

Yes, we do have a placement cell. It gets many companies and makes the job of the students easier in securing jobs and to be eligible for placements one must maintain CGPA of 7.5 and the active involvement of faculty and the students is there.

Yes we do have hostel accommodation. 2 to 4 students can stay in one room. The rooms are very well maintained. There are two types of rooms, air conditioned and non -air conditioned. The hostels are newly constructed and equipped with all the facilities and you will have many indoor sports within some hostel buildings. There are lots of ways in which you enjoy with your friends in hostels.

We have administrative block and many lecture galleries and grounds for playing sports like cricket and football. The campus is full of lush green environment and it has many food stalls around the campus and the college gets renovated every 2 years. new facilities are being brought by administration and there is an auditorium where major announcements are made and fests are made in grounds which are large enough

Overall campus life is good and you will have some quality time here and you will get to learn new things here. The crowd here is high due to no restriction in intake. I think the intake should have more merit students. There are clubs for dance and music where they teach and cultural fests are conducted frequently for student’s refreshments and technical fests are conducted too frequently. Workshops are also conducted on block chain technology and many other workshops are conducted. Overall GITAM is a good place to learn and explore many things.
