College of Engineering and Management - Good college and good placement

Overall Rating
There are many facilities available in this college. This college is famous for placement. In this college faculties are very good. Different B.Tech branches are available here.
 

Academics Rating
Academic processes are very good. Students can learn a good mix of theory and practical skills here. The things they learn are up-to-date and useful for their future jobs. Teachers use different way to teach like talking, group work, and hands-on-activities. They make learning interesting and encourage students to think for themselves.

    Overall, the college life is good. You have to study well if you want to get good marks in semester exam. But, I will suggest you to take admission in other colleges like IEM, Techno India university, etc. if you want to study Computer Science Engineering branch as these colleges provides you much better infrastructure and placement accuracy....     It was a pretty good experience in college in 1st year. I don't want a college far away from my home and I thought that College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat is the best choice for me.     I choose this college as almost 90% of the students this program have got placements. The highest package goes from 13 LPA to 14 LPA. The average package offered in our course is 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA. A lot of students do get internships from our college. I don't remember the exact percentage, but students do get into internships from our college.... Read Full Review

    First of all I came to this college through WBJEE (WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION) rank that was 25411. The college is not so far from my home. So I choose this college to do my engineering and I had heard good reviews from my relative who had passed out from this college information technology department.
