Overall Rating
There are twelve branches including specialisations like Artificial intelligence and Machine learning in Computer Science and Engineering. My overall experience in this college is very good because of the environment and people around me.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently studying in Computer Science and Engineering at CBIT, Kadapa. I have joined this college based on my rank in AP EAMCET. All students in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are eligible to write the exam of EAMCET. The academics in this college were good.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very experienced. Every professor holds a Ph.D degree. In my engineering college, most of the part in studies should be covered by students but the part which will be taught by professors will be clear and perfect. The semester exams are a little bit hard to pass the professors will help us very much in that.
 

Placement Rating
The placements are not that much better as compared to IIT's and NIT's but it's ok. The highest package is 54 LPA which is secured by a student in Computer Science and Engineering. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. Almost 80 per cent of students were placed in Amazon and Delivaroo.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel is not good but we can manage it. Each room has three students and it's up to the student's choice to choose between AC or NON-AC. The price of an AC room will be 50000 more than NON-AC room. Each student is provided with enough facilities and Wi-Fi is available with a speed of 40-50 mbps.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good. The infrastructure is very attractive and beautiful. The infrastructure of academic buildings, admin building, and central library is very good. The equipment in the labs is also good. In these buildings, there is an unlimited Wi-Fi facility available for twenty-four hours. But for some buildings, the infrastructure is a little bit bad but manageable. There is no hostel facility for girls in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very good because there are no restrictions in the campus. There are many clubs available so that we can improve our communication and listening skills. The intake was less so the crowd was not too much. The campus size is 51 acres. The faculty vs student ratio is also good. But 80 per cent of attendance is mandatory otherwise we can't pass the semester exams.

    I would rate overall experience at the institute 9/10. The campus life, environment, infrastructure, faculty, placements, all of these aspects made me choose this particular institute. If you want to spend your four years of B.Tech life memorably, acquire most skills, gain knowledge and get exposure to different fields of your interest then you must join CBIT.     I have started my journey in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad in 2020, in short called as CBIT. I got admission through EAMCET in Telangana. The campus is huge and has all lab facilities and library facilities too. It has good infrastructure but some of the buildings are old as it the second old university in Hyderabad and they are trying to renovate them too.
