Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology is overall a decent choice for students. The college provides good enough opportunities in placement aspect. The Placement Cell put all the efforts for promising placements. So if you are focused and consistent, you can grab a good offer. The campus life is good. The clubs and societies are very active. That's one thing that I would like to emphasize on, because these clubs conduct events from time and are always open for new students to join. One would get good number of opportunities if he or she is a part of a club whether it's technical or non technical club. The campus size is not too big, it's modest. Its spans over 5-6 acres of land. The classrooms are not equipped with air conditioners and it's really exhausting and inconvenient in the summers. Faculty is good and very supportive for students, although their teaching style is not very different from what other college’s faculties. There is still some lack of sport activities in the college. It should be encouraged more. I chose the college as it’s in proximity to my home. Besides, I also looked up to the placement record and found it good enough to join the institute. Overall it's a good choice if you want to enjoy your college life along with decent opportunities.

I enrolled for B.Tech course from computer science. The eligibility criteria for the course are that the student should be of science stream and must give JEE Mains exam. The course is then allotted to you based on the rank scored in JEE Mains. Mine was 136k and thus got enrolled in the course. However the cutoff can vary time to time. The course curriculum covers vital topics such as programming, algorithms, Networking, and Software Engineering. There are also elective subjects that one can opt for during the tenure of the course. However, the course curriculum should also incorporate industry relevant skills which it lacks.

The faculty at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology is highly qualified. The lecturers have done masters and Ph.D in their respective subject from reputed institutes such as DTU. Many of them have teaching experience of more than 25 years. They teach good enough, however, their teaching style is not very different from other college's faculties. They can make you understand the topic so that you can have good grasp over it but they should adopt practical approach as well. Apart from teaching, the faculty members are very supportive of students. They guide you throughout your journey and if any student is having any trouble, they are always there to help.

The Placement Cell really put all the efforts it can to ensure that the student get enough opportunities to shine. Along with placements, the college also provides internship opportunities. Recruiters such as Zomato, Accenture, ZS Associates, etc. have visited the campus in the past offering decent package of more than around 12 LPA. The highest package was offered by Zomato of 50 Lakh CTC.

Our college infrastructure is decent. The campus size is modest. Although, it looks cool with a huge ground and centre lawn. The college's building is more like a circular structure. There is a Library available in the college with a huge number of books and journals from national as well as international authors. The labs are equipped with all the necessary instruments and devices. The classrooms, however, are not equipped with air conditioners and it really becomes very exhausting in the summers.

Campus life is vibrant. There are many societies and clubs, both technical and non technical, and they are very active in conducting events and all. Some of them are Namespace (technical society) Kalam (literary society), Anveshan, etc. Events and campaigns are organised from time to time. Hackathons are held often by technical society giving students ample opportunities to learn and get more exposure. Students can also join more than 2 societies and auditions are always open for them. Being a part of a club gives you many opportunities to shine in your area of interest. Our college also has its annual fest - Malhaar which is organised during October - November. It's a great event and famous celebrities have attended the event in the past. The college crowd is interactive and supportive of juniors. The sport activities are however less conducted and can be encouraged more among the students.
